No — and that's the point. MyDPCplus is a healthcare membership that gives your employees direct, unlimited access to a primary care physician. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE. Most groups pair it with a separate insurance or health plan for hospital and specialty needs, and use MyDPCplus for everyday care.

Any business with 2 or more employees can offer MyDPCplus. There is no maximum, no underwriting, and no participation requirement beyond the two-employee minimum. MyDPCplus is offered only through employers — we don't sell memberships directly to individuals.

Most in-office sick visits are available the same or next day (1–2 days versus a 20-day national average), and 24/7 virtual care connects a member with a provider right away.

Yes. Each employee picks the coverage tier that fits their household, and your group can mix all four. Dependent children are eligible until the last day of their 25th year.

The annual physical and labs are included. Small per-visit fees apply for some care: $10 in-office, $25 urgent care, and $0 for virtual visits. Everything is shown up front — no surprise bills for you or your employees.

Kasper Rx is the prescription savings program included in every MyDPCplus membership at no extra cost, powered by Rx Valet: 37 acute medications at $0, 200 commonly prescribed medications at $1, up to 80% off other prescriptions, access to 70,000+ pharmacies, plus mail-order and international brand savings.

Yes — and it helps to be clear on what the plan does and doesn't cover. MyDPCplus is direct primary care: it covers unlimited primary care through our Private Physician Network (PPN)™, and it does not include or arrange specialist care. If a member already sees a specialist for an advanced condition, we recommend they stay with that specialist. If a member doesn't have one, the plan won't provide access to a specialist either — specialty care sits outside primary care and is handled through their separate insurance or health plan.

Your company receives one consolidated invoice each month covering every enrolled member — no per-employee paperwork — and you decide how much of the membership the company covers versus what employees pay. You pay online through your Employer Portal (the Employer Login at the top of this page) by card or ACH. Autopay is required, so each month's invoice is drafted automatically and nothing lapses over a missed payment.

Everything billing-related lives in your self-service Employer Portal. You'll get an invitation email to set up your login, then you can accept your proposal, view and pay invoices, set up autopay by card or ACH, download receipts and account statements, access the employee Member Guide, and update your contact or payment details anytime — all in one place.

We email written past-due notices at 15, 30, and 45 days. If no payment is received after the 45-day notice, your group — and all of its employees' memberships — may be terminated. Employees canceled for non-payment are not eligible to continue (port) their memberships individually. If you ever have a question about a bill or trouble paying an invoice, contact your Billing Coordinator.

To add a new hire, email their name, date of hire, and enrollment information to support@getkasper.com. New applicants must request membership within 31 days of becoming eligible. To remove someone, send the termination before the end of the month so it doesn't appear on the next month's invoice — a membership terminated on or after the 1st stays active for the full month it's received in (no mid-month proration).

Yes. An employee who leaves can continue their Kasper Health membership on their own. They'll receive an email letting them know their group coverage has ended and how to keep it by completing the Portability Enrollment and Monthly Bank Draft (ACH) Authorization forms. The one exception: employees canceled for non-payment aren't eligible to port.

Not at this time. MyDPCplus is available exclusively through employer groups of 2 or more employees. If your employer doesn't offer it yet, send them to this page — or have them call the Patient Advocacy Line at 800-496-2805.
